A rugby youth development program for all ages, built on Discipline, Respect, Integrity, Passion, and Solidarity. We bring rugby to schools and communities, promoting individuality and expression on and off the field.
Who We Are
Pelican Rugby Academy is a Rugby youth development program created to teach rugby to all ages. Taking rugby into the schools and to the home ground of the Garrison, we provide safe environments for the youth of Barbados to try, play and stay in rugby.
Rugby being a sport of inclusion where there is a space or position for every person, we promote individuality and expression on and off the field. Our rugby community plans to bring high performance training programs to deliver a holistic understanding and approach to the game.

All Pelican Athletes are required to be insured under the Barbados Olympic Association. Insurance is provided by Sagicor General Insurance.
